MADE AS THEY USED TO
Many years before the world lost its naiveté, decades before mankind suffered for disgraces such as the ozone hole or marketing, a family company started to handcraft sport shoes the only way they could be done: well. Noble materials, careful craftmanship and eternal style. They were not other tools to develop a business than to make good products with a fair price. Years went by, the world changed and new commercial strategies replaced that work style.
Today, as of seven decades ago, we retake the path stamped in its beginnings.
Original moulds, craftmanship’s artisan processes, and, of course, first class raw materials.
With limited editions and minimum quantities per each article, these shoes are the inheritance of a way of seeing the world.

28 Sport is not any shoe. It’s the result of an obsession. An obsession somewhat ill, but obsession, nevertheless. We want it all. Everything. A durability that will stand medium intensity atomic explosions, an eternal style able to survive the fashion swings, thus justifying owning a shoe for more than three or four decades, such a comfort that walking barefoot over a soft grass prairie would seem like a torture.
We want it all. And we are not quitters. We want our customers wishing their refrigerators, microwaves, computers and cars being built that way. We want them to become such leather-odour fanatical as we are. That’s why we took hand of perfectly unpolluted leathers, free of any marketing contamination, coming out of cows raised in ad billboards-free fields, and without any kind of access to Sat TV or social networks. That’s why we hired the most experienced artisan shoemakers, those that can detect a non-artisan shoe just by listening to the sound of its footstep. That’s why we handcraft a minimum quantity of each of our shoes.
